Transforming Ideas into Growth & Market Impact

I turn vision into impact by driving market-moving brand innovation, high-value partnerships, and industry-leading thought leadership that fuels growth and business transformation.

I see brands as more than products, services, or campaigns—they are cultural forces, signals of change, and experiences that connect people to ideas. My work integrates strategy, design, and emerging technology to create brands that don’t just exist—they resonate, shift markets, and set new standards.

I thrive at the intersection of brand storytelling, business intelligence, and creative disruption, asking: ‘How do we create a visual, tactile, and imaginative experience that invites a global audience to interact with a brand?

I bridge corporate strategy with entrepreneurial agility, working across physical, digital, and emerging tech disciplines to help brands achieve market leadership.

With expertise spanning corporate marketing, brand equity, and design governance, I have worked with global leaders like L’Oréal, Moody’s, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, and Godiva to shape consumer perception and business impact. My work also extends to startups like L’arganique and Casabella, guiding them in establishing market presence or brand distinction.

My experience includes leading integrated branding efforts for consumer packaged goods and corporate communications, driving engagement, brand equity, and revenue growth through a strategic and design-led approach.

Experience & Strategy

My career has been a dynamic mix of corporate leadership, brand transformation, and creative strategy, with pivotal roles in:
Corporate Affairs at Bristol Myers Squibb, Design & Brand Management at Bath & Body Works, Special Projects in Art Direction at Coach, Creative Technology at Viant.

Additionally, I have collaborated with global agencies like R/GA and Interbrand and launched joshi design llc, a boutique strategy and design consultancy serving Fortune 500 companies and global brands.

Leading my own consultancy taught me the power of systems-thinking approach to problem-solving. My portfolio spans corporate reputation, consumer brand storytelling, and executive communications.

Design Education & Leadership

Beyond my industry work, I have served as an adjunct lecturer and visiting professor at Pratt Institute and at CUNY, teaching communication design, and as a guest lecturer at Parsons The New School for Design on design technology and management strategies under the topic “New Design Firms.”

I have participated in every stage of the creative development process in diverse settings, bringing an adaptive capacity to solve complex problems. I believe today’s marketers, brand strategists, or consultants must be master learners and experts at inquiry.

Informed by beauty and anthropological awareness, I view brand as playing a vital role in shaping experiences in the digital age.
